You may use Newtonite only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping any account or access credentials secure. If you use Newtonite on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

You are responsible for the advertisements, materials, trademarks, and other content you submit. Your content must be accurate, lawful, and free of material that is misleading, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, harmful, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

By submitting content, you give Newtonite permission to host, reproduce, display, and distribute it as reasonably needed to review and deliver the requested campaign. We may reject, pause, or remove content that violates these terms or creates legal, safety, or operational risk.

Newtonite works to deliver campaigns as agreed, but impressions, reach, engagement, availability, and other performance results may vary because of audience flow, network conditions, screen availability, third-party systems, weather, power, maintenance, and other factors outside our reasonable control. We may modify or temporarily suspend parts of the service to maintain, secure, or improve the overall system.

Fees, campaign scope, dates, and payment terms are those shown in your order, proposal, or other written confirmation. Unless that confirmation says otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a campaign or service has been scheduled. We may update pricing, features, or these terms; changes apply prospectively and continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve a particular result. Newtonite is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects rights that cannot legally be waived.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others, or where these terms are violated. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will survive termination.
